This series consists of a record of the general financial conditions of the State Bank and its Branches upon the order by the State government to liquidate the State Bank. The statements are written in the form of an itemized balance sheet. Included are the value of the Banks' furniture, houses and lots, and real estate. Also included are the amount of interest on the common school fund and on the Creek Indian loan, court costs, Bank attorney's fees, current expenses, costs of lawsuits, amount of surplus revenue, notes of the Bank and its Branches, the amount of specie, and other debits and credits which pertain to the overall financial condition of the State Bank and its Branches. The total amount is recorded at the end of each statement.
